Guy and I wanted to write and thank you and the team for making our wedding on 11th April so perfect. The Inn is a stunning venue, in a beautiful setting but it was the excellence of all your team which made our wedding day so fantastic. The team had to work especially hard due to the water being cut off part way through the day but she kept everything running smoothly. She’s a true professional and we can’t praise her enough! The maintenance team were also excellent and helped enormously with fairy lights to personalise the marquee. Undoubtedly, the Chef and his team had to work especially hard without running water! Even with this additional challenge, the food was superb and many guests commented that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. It was delicious and so beautifully presented. Mark, the Sommelier, was also excellent and helped guide our selection of wines for the day providing great advice and tastings. Mark and the rest of the reception team were also excellent and very welcoming both in the run up to the day and the day itself. We had a wonderful day, as did our guests, thanks to the hard work and dedication of all of your team. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

My husband and I would like to express our enormous thanks to you and your wonderful staff, after our wedding reception at the inn at Whitewell on the 19th of September 2008. The service provided was nothing short of outstanding. Each and every person we dealt with was just wonderful. The waiting staff and bar staff were friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. The food was absolutely glorious and we are still getting compliments from our guests, which I hope you will pass on to the chef and kitchen staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and even the night porter was a credit to you, making sure the last of our guests got home safely. Laura and the reception staff were brilliant, dealing with last minute booking alterations and endless questions from us and out guests. Their patience was very much appreciated!
Even after reception we were so impressed at how everything had been packed so carefully form the marquee. All the keepsakes, the candles, speeches, flowers and place cards. We thought that was so thoughtful, such attention to detail really does set the Inn at Whitewell apart from the rest. Thank you for helping to make our weeding so memorable. We knew the inn at Whitewell would be wonderful but we didn¹t realise it would surpass all our expectations. All your staff are a credit to you and we would be grateful if you would pass our thanks on to each and every one of them. We look forward to visiting again and have already booked an overnight stay for our wedding anniversary next September
