The spacious three double bedroom holiday house is refurbished to a very high standard with fabulous views over the River Hodder to the fells.

The accommodation comprises a large well equipped kitchen/dining room with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table easily seats 6 people. A sitting room with bay window looking down to the river, with an open fire and television.

A more informal sitting room with a large flat screen television with built in surround sound and DVD, and a desk. There is an enormous sofa with cosy throws and an open fire and a huge window looking out to the gardens. The downstairs loo, with room for coats and wellies.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms. The largest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. One of the double bedrooms can be made into a twin and there is a family bathroom with separate shower.

The Piggeries is self-catering, it is a short walk from the main hotel building.
Outside is a terrace with table and chairs leading onto a large garden with access to the River Hodder.
